Jessica Bowers, mezzo-soprano

Mezzo-soprano Jessica Bowers has performed with the Utah Opera, Opera Boston, Caramoor Opera, Central City Opera, Anchorage Opera, and others. Roles she has sung include Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, Dryade in Ariadne auf Naxos, Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Marcellina in The Marriage of Figaro, The Queen in John Harbison’s A Full Moon in March, Nicklausse in The Tales of Hoffmann, Mrs. Peachum in Three-Penny Opera, Mère Jeanne in Dialogues of the Carmelites, The Old Lady in Candide, the Third Lady in Die Zauberflöte and Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music.


A frequent recitalist, Jessica Bowers has performed with Poetica Musica, Florestan Recital Project, and Firebird Chamber Ensemble. To read more about her and to hear samples of her work, visit her Web site at

Keith Bonner, flute

Flutist Keith Bonner has performed in a wide variety of ensembles, ranging from symphony and opera orchestras to small chamber groups, Broadway pits and ensembles specializing in new music.

Mr. Bonner is currently principal flute of the New York Symphonic Ensemble and Riverside Symphony. He has performed with the Symphony Orchestras of New Jersey, Greenwich and Stamford, CT as well as the New York City Ballet Orchestra, Knickerbocker Chamber Orchestra, Strathmere Festival Orchestra and the Brooklyn and Long Island Philharmonics. Other positions have included principal flute with the Sarasota Opera Orchestra, the Ashlawn-Highland Opera Festival, and the Dicapo Opera Orchestra.

As soloist, Keith Bonner has performed concertos by Gluck, Teleman, Bach, Doppler and Mozart with various orchestras in the New York metropolitan area and across Japan with the New York Symphonic Ensemble. Keith has also performed much chamber music for flute with the Lenape Chamber Ensemble, ElmCity Chamber Fest, Carolina Chamber Music Festival, Wind Soloists of New York and on the St. Alban’s Recital Series.


Mr. Bonner can currently be heard in the orchestra of the 25th anniversary production of Les Miserables on Broadway. He has traveled the country as principal flute of the National Touring Company of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Phantom of the Opera and as flute soloist during the 2005 Tim Janis Ensemble’s PBS Tour of America. Keith has also played in the Broadway pits of Cinderella, Ragtime, Nine, Fiddler on the Roof, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Porgy and Bess and South Pacific.

Keith Bonner holds a bachelor’s degree from the Manhattan School of Music and a Professional Studies Diploma from the Cleveland Institute of Music. His teachers included some of the most important orchestral principals in the country — Michael Parloff of the Metropolitan Opera, Jeffrey Khaner of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Joshua Smith of the Cleveland Orchestra.

Mr. Bonner is on the faculty of Brooklyn College and the 92nd Street Y. He was a board member of the New York Flute Club from 2006 until 2012.

Jessica Troy, viola

As violist with the Mark Morris Dance Group Music Ensemble, Jessica Troy has toured extensively, from San Juan to Sydney, and appeared with Yo-Yo Ma across the US and Japan. On the baroque viola she performs regularly with the Trinity Baroque Orchestra, Opera Lafayette, 4x4 Baroque, the Sebastians, and performed with Renee Fleming on the David Letterman Show.


Ensembles Jessica Troy is a member of or performs with frequently include Orchestra of St. Luke’s, New York City Opera, the Brooklyn and Westchester Philharmonics, Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra, and NOVUS NY. She has recorded quartet parts for Ani DiFranco and Lou Reed, and performed on screen with David Byrne.

Andrea Lee, cello

Cellist Andrea Lee, who has been praised for her “elegant solo work” (New York Times) and “sublime” playing (Times Union), enjoys a busy freelance and teaching career in New York City. She is a founding member of the critically-acclaimed indie-classical band Build and makes frequent appearances with such ensembles as ECCO, IRIS Orchestra, A Far Cry, the Knights, and yMusic.

Ms. Lee has participated in festivals in the U.S. and Europe, including Taos School of Music, Spoleto Festival USA, IMS Prussia Cove, Holland Music Sessions, and Banff and she has collaborated in performance with members of the Borromeo, Jupiter, and Miami Quartets.


Andrea Lee holds a BA in history with distinction from Yale University and graduate degrees in cello performance from New England Conservatory and Mannes College. A devoted teacher, she serves on the faculty of the New York Philharmonic School Partnership Program and the Chamber Music Conference of the East at Bennington College.

Oren Fader, guitar

Guitarist Oren Fader has performed hundreds of concerts in the U.S., Europe and Asia with a wide range of classical and new music groups, including the Met Chamber Ensemble and the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. Recent concerto performances include the “Aranjuez Concerto” with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.

A champion of contemporary music, Mr. Fader has premiered over 400 works with guitar, and can be heard on over 40 commercial recordings and films. He performs and records new music with the Cygnus Ensemble.
